LMK is collating a Family Booklet which will contain information to help you at various stages in your premmie journey.

We are grateful to Bliss UK for their support and the Australian Federal Government for funding the project.  We will be providing the booklet to all families with a baby in Special Care at Bendigo Health and SJOG Bendigo. The COGB Maternal and Child Health Nurses, Paediatricians and GP's will also receive a copy. If you would like one please contact us with your request. The booklet will be available later in 2008.
